Rennes have fired coach Julien Stephan after a poor start to the season in Ligue 1. The Red and Black team managed just three wins in ten games in the French championship.
The team will be led by interim coach Sébastien Tambouret, and his assistants will be Denis Arnault and Pierre-Alexandre Lelievre.
“A decision regarding the appointment of a new coach will be taken soon,” the Ligue 1 club said in a statement on Thursday.
Rennes lost 0-4 against Auxerre last Sunday and are 13th in the standings so far.
