“Because there may be some expectations, the Government has also issued a decision, through a decree government published in 2022 and classified. “This is a decision related to the RAPPS action to rehabilitate a building and transfer the building to be used as an official residence with the aim of the occupants being included in the category of former heads of state,” said Mihai Constantin.
The government's decision will be announced on Thursday in the Official Gazette, and as an appendix it will contain the government's 2022 decision.
“Therefore, the declassification has been carried out lawfully, as stipulated, and we will have to wait for it in the Official Gazette to see what the 2022 decision will contain,” added the Government spokesperson.
Asked when the next costs would be visible and yes there would be periodic clarifications, Mihai Constantin answered that he did not know the calendar information.
When a journalist noted that RAPPS had not responded to the request, a Government spokesperson repeated that, following Thursday's declassification, RAPPS could no longer claim that the information was classified.
