Ciudad Juárez.- The Commercial Regulation Directorate will grant permits to sell goods from Nov. 20, the anniversary of the Mexican Revolution, to Nov. 23, at a cost of 1,195 pesos, said the head of the agency, Arturo Urquidi. He said, like at this celebration, traders would be placed in various parts of the city. They can offer products that refer to this date, such as typical revolutionary costumes, hats, handicrafts and various items. The conditions for obtaining this permit are to show a valid voter ID card and the location where the semi-permanent position will be located. The permit fee is 1,195 pesos for the entire season, which runs from Nov. 1 to 23, he said.
