Mari Rantanen, Member of Parliament for Finnish Policy, returned to her position as Minister of the Interior today. Rantanen was temporarily absent at the end of August because his daughter was sick.
Rantanen estimates that he will only be able to return as minister around the turn of the year. However, his seriously ill daughter recovered faster than expected. Rantanen has an adult child who is severely disabled.

Meanwhile, Lulu Ranne from Fundamental Finns also serves as Minister of Home Affairs in addition to her role as Minister of Transport and Communications. The minister's duties will officially change in the president's presentation today.
