British Crown Prince William said that the past year may have been the most difficult year of his life, Reuters and DPA reported. This year, his father King Charles III and his wife Kate were diagnosed with cancer.
In front of British media at the end of his visit to South Africa, the crown prince told how he managed to overcome this
balancing his duties as royalty with time for his family.
When asked how his year was, William replied: “Honestly? He's so bad. It was probably the hardest year of my life.”
“I'm very proud of my wife, I'm very proud of my father, who handles things,” William added. “But
from a personal family perspective, it was cruel,” he admitted.
