The imperial prince of Brazil, Dom Antônio de Orleans e Bragança, died this Friday morning, 8, at the age of 74. He had been hospitalized since July at Casa de Saúde São José, located in Humaitá, a neighborhood south of Rio de Janeiro.
Dom Antônio was hospitalized due to respiratory problems. The entity confirmed that the cause of death was obstructive pulmonary disease. The commemoration will take place at the Church of the Imperial Fraternity of Nossa Senhora da Glória do Outeiro, located in the Glória neighborhood, also south of Rio.
