Dream of getting the best investment
ETFs are popular because they often perform better than actively managed funds. They have a simple structure and simply imitate the market. Nevertheless, some investors dream of doing better and beating the market. It's difficult, but there are opportunities. It can work with active funds and ETFs. We have developed a strategy – and tested it in hundreds of simulations – that is capable of outperforming the overall market ETFs: the five-point strategy.
Five point strategy in a nutshell
- Buy a mutual fund if it is in the top position, that is, if the mutual fund has five points in the financial test evaluation of investment success.
- Sell the funds immediately if their value deteriorates. Don't wait until it gets down to three, two or even one point. Don't hesitate – get rid of it.
- If there are no five-point funds in a month, park your money in the ETF of first choice.
