Good operational results translated into solid revenue and profit increases. The group recorded a 23% increase in revenue to PLN 2.54 billion, which was mainly due to the markets of Poland, the UK and those served by Mondial Relay.

Group adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 852.7 million in the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 33% y/y. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 33.6%, an increase of 270 basis points compared to Q3 2023. The increase in EBITDA was primarily due to international business.

The Group's total capital expenditure in the first 9 months of 2024 amounts to PLN 986 million (+40% y/y), of which approximately 70% is allocated for expanding the Paczkomat device networkespecially in international markets. The capital expenditure to revenue ratio increased to 13% from 11% last year.
