Jude Bellingham's brother Jobe Bellingham received his first England youth team call-up for the games against Spain and the Netherlands.
Sunderland midfielder and younger brother of England star Jude will make his debut for the England youth team after his strong performances for the Black Cats, which helped them climb to the top of the Championship table.
Bellingham, 19, has represented England at every age group from 16 to 20.
Another new name in England's youth squad is 18-year-old Southampton midfielder Tyler Dibling, who has earned rave reviews for his performances in the Premier League this season.
England will travel to Cadiz to face Spain on November 15 before meeting the Netherlands in Almere on November 18.
England have already qualified for next year's European Championship finals and will play their final game under coach Ben Futcher before England men's caretaker coach Lee Carsley returns to his post following the arrival of Thomas Tuchel.
