The fire is spreading, with large amounts of smoke coming out and possibly spreading. The RO-ALERT message was issued at 20:05, at Constanța county level.
7 fire engines from ISU Constanța arrived at the scene, plus a robot transport truck from ISU Bucharest-Ilfov.
In addition, 5 fire engines came to help (2 from ISU Călărași, 1 from ISU Ialomita and 2 from ISU Tulcea).
The blackout mission is still ongoing.
