Video uploaded by a local journalist on Friday morning showed a torrent of water pouring down the road and piles of cars blocking the bridge. No casualties were reported in the flood this time.
More than 200 people died last week, mostly in the Valencia region, in one of the worst floods to hit Europe this century.
The disaster sparked a fierce wave of public anger against authorities for not issuing an emergency warning sooner.
Flooding in Cadaqués early Friday caused around 30 vehicles to pile up under a bridge, Catalonia's fire service said on Platform X, adding that there were no casualties.
Another dangerous weather phenomenon is expected to occur in the region on the night of Friday to Saturday. The Catalonia Meteorological Agency has issued a rain warning from Friday evening to Saturday afternoon for the Alt Emporda region, where Cadaqués is located. The agency warned that the intensity of the rain could exceed 20 mm in 30 minutes.
