Samsung Health Monitor is an app that enables ECG readings and several other advanced health tracking features for Galaxy Watch users with Samsung smartphones. But the company has now changed it a bit and will be limited to users of the Android 12 platform or newer versions.
The app's support for older devices will end on December 23, and after that, only limited services will be accessible.

The notification appears on the screen after the app is updated via the Galaxy Store. It is said that the next version of Samsung Health Monitor (1.4.1) will not be supported on phones running Android OS 11.0 or lower.
Samsung generally updates its devices regularly, meaning only a few entry-level smartphones and flagship phones over five years old will be left behind.
However, if you have a Galaxy Watch with an ECG or blood pressure tracking feature and the device falls outside those limits, you may end up having to upgrade.
