A fire broke out at a tourist unit in the town of Periprava, Tulcea region. According to ISU Tulcea, non-commissioned officers from the Operation Crișan Boat Fire Brigade and the Tulcea Detachment, with three boats, were sent to the intervention site.
ISU also reported there was only one guard in the building. He made it out safely. The first to arrive at the intervention site were those from the Voluntary Service for Emergency Situations, who together with local residents limited the spread of the fire to the surrounding houses, ISU Tulcea also communicated.
There were also LPG cylinders inside the building which were removed by intervention forces. The fire was successfully extinguished at around 03.00.
Production causes firethese are being established, ISU said.
