Ulrich Park – meeting and recreation place in Warsaw's Wola district

Ulrich Park is a remnant of an agricultural park next to the Wola Park shopping center in Warsaw. Investors recreated the old greenhouse there, giving it a new function. A dining hall was built there in October 2022. Now three facilities at Ulrich Gardens have received eco-friendly awards.

Revitalization of Ulrich Park under the supervision of a conservator

Willa Ulricha – currently building the restaurant Willa Ogrodników – received a BREEAM International Refurbishment & Fit-out certificate at the Very Good level, and Zielona Chata – currently Trattoria Di Antonio – received a BREEAM International Refurbishment & Fit-out certificate at the Very Good level.

The complex also has a playground and walking paths.
