A well-crafted and up-to-date clinical report Study examined the effects of two different dietary therapies as part of an intensive behavioral weight management program in obese adolescents aged 13–17 years: intermittent and continuous energy restriction, namely intermittent fasting, compared with simple calorie restriction without time restrictions.
