Trump leads with 213 electoral votes, while Harris has 145

These are states that have been won by one of the two candidates for president of the United States – Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris, according to Associated Press predictions, on major American television stations (ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News) and Reuters, which collaborates with the Edison Research company.

In parentheses are the number of Electoral College votes won by each candidate, overall and by state. Each state has a different number of votes, depending on its population. In almost all states (except two), the winner wins all the votes. To win an election, a candidate must collect 270 votes.

BTA assigns winning candidates based on the predictions of at least two of the sources listed above. Here You can see the specifics of the work of the AP and American television on election night and how they announce the winner of a particular race.
