Three people were detained for drug possession in the Pazardzhik region, police announced.
Yesterday, on a street in Pazardzhik, a mobile patrol of the police station “Iztok” checked a 27-year-old resident of the village of Chernogorovo, and three polyethylene balls with synthetic cannabinoids were found in his hands, added the Regional Directorate (OD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Pazardzhik.
In the second case, officers from the “Criminal Police” sector of the Pazardzhik District Administration detained a 21-year-old resident of the regional city with a polyethylene bag containing the same type of narcotics.
The third detainee was a 24-year-old woman from Panagyurishte, who was found carrying a bag containing synthetic cannabinoids. During his 24-hour detention at the facility, he went on a rampage and snatched a CCTV camera. Two legal proceedings have been filed against him – for possession of illegal drugs and for damaging state property, police also explained.
In October four young people were detained for drug possession in the Pazardzhik region. A fast-track process is being carried out against them.
