Five Kentucky residents are behind bars for imprisoning a 2-year-old boy in a cage full of feces and urine in their home, police said.
A terrible affair. Five residents of Kentucky (United States) are currently in prison for imprisoning a 2-year-old boy in unsanitary conditions. According to the Carrollton Police Department, authorities found the naked child locked in a locked metal and wooden cage after receiving information about the possible child being locked up in this Carrollton home.
Two more children were found
The room where the boy was held was filled with urine and feces, according to a criminal complaint filed by investigators. Two other children present at the home were also admitted to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services following this discovery.
The suspects, aged between 28 and 72, were charged with criminal harassment and intentionally endangering the life of another person. One of them was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. All are currently being held in the Carroll County Detention Center as the investigation continues to unravel this sordid case.
