Lighting

The notice was sent by a Parisian law firm acting on behalf of Seti – Société d'Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel, a public company that manages the monument. Yes, because what is at the center of the controversy is not the monument itself but the Parisian icon's lighting system, which according to the French company is a work of genius that dates back to the 1980s and is therefore still protected by copyright.
