Serious accident between ambulance, car and bus, in the city center of Cluj-Napoca. The patient remains trapped

According to ISU Cluj, accidenttook place on 21 December Boulevard.

A car, an ambulance from the District Ambulance Service and a bus were involved in the accident.

A patient was trapped in an ambulance, and firefighters used provided equipment to reach him.

“From the first data, the ambulance door had been damaged and blocked. The woman was around 40 years old, she was conscious and cooperative, receiving medical treatment from the rest of the SAJ crew,” reports ISU Cluj.

A young man in his 20s is also receiving medical treatment and is conscious and cooperative.

The people on the bus did not require medical attention.

Two rescue vehicles, the SMURD ambulance and the SAJ crew intervened at the scene.

According to ISU Cluj, the patient in the ambulance and the 20-year-old man were taken to hospital for further examination.
