PeU-Basket wins away – Thomas Rönnholm scores 30 points at Tapiola

PeU-Basket, still without a home win this season in the men's Division I B, picked up its third away win of the season on Wednesday. Happened from Espoo against the second team Tapiola Honga with a score of 91-69.

As expected, Vilppaa league ring players had the biggest impact on the visiting team from Perniölä. Thomas Ronholm scored 30 points, Daniel Rantapaju 19 and Patrik Poutiainen 17. Rönnholm grabbed nine rebounds and had six assists.

PeU-Basket dominated the basket clearly winning the rebounds 49-37. Honka still dominated the first half, but PeU turned things around in the second half by crushing them 30–9.

PeU's season continues with an away trip. The next away game is at Joensuu on Sunday. PeU is currently sixth out of the 13-team league.
