A Met Police spokesperson said: “At around 4pm on Monday, November 4, police received a report of a sexual assault in an alley leading to King George Park. The victim, aged in his 20s, had experienced sexual harassment by a man he had previously met. He is supported by specialist officers.
“The crime scene is still there. A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting CAD7123/4NOV.”
