Poland is obliged to implement, by 15 November 2024, the appropriate provisions to implement Directive (EU) 2022/2041 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on adequate minimum wages in the European Union. The aim of this directive is primarily to unify the rules for determining and verifying minimum wages in EU countries, and more specifically, to standardize and reduce wage gaps in EU countries.
Will the new rules for setting minimum wages take effect in 2025?
