The amount of water in the “Studena” dam is sufficient and there is no danger of switching to water mode, the Regional Government of Pernik told BTA.

On November 6 this year the available reservoir volume was 16,318,000 cubic meters with a capacity of 25,200,000 cubic meters.

Another drinking dam on the territory of Pernik district is “Krasava” 2, which serves for drinking water supply mainly to Breznik and some settlements of the municipality. Currently the volume is 950,295 cubic meters with a capacity of 2,195,000 cubic meters.

We remind you that in connection with the reduction in its volume, the director of the municipal enterprise “Water Supply” EOOD Breznik, Eng. To date, nothing has been introduced.

The Regional Government also detailed that currently regular water supply has been implemented in eight settlements in the area. These are the villages of Rasnik, Raduy, Velkovtsi, Rezhantsi, Breznishki izvor, Begunovtsi, Nepraznentsi, Yaroslavtsi and Zabliano.
