The dollar's strength on Wednesday may have seemed threatening, but Thursday brought a complete turnaround in the currency markets. In the afternoon, the main currency pair strengthened by 0.67% to 1.08, continuing the movement from yesterday afternoon.
The Polish zloty benefits from the weakening dollar against the euro. USD/PLN is back below PLN 4 today, erasing Wednesday's gains. EUR/PLN quotes fell 0.9%, making the euro the cheapest in about two weeks.
