The state commission for pedophilia has decided to include the person in the register of sex offenders – RMF FM journalist Tomasz Terlikowski has learned. This is the first case.
The commission decided to add the man to the sex offenders' register on October 24. However, this decision is not final so it is still kept secret.
When it is final, we will know many details about the culprit: name, surname, profession, address of the perpetrator, as well as legal qualifications that are the basis for recording in the list.
Since the registration decision was handed over to the defendant, the statutory time limit for filing an appeal has expired.
If an appeal is not filed within 30 days, the commission will make a note of it. However, if the appeal is accepted, then legal procedures will be initiated which may take up to several years.
If the committee does not accept the appeal, Entries will be made approximately mid-December.
