Tragedy in Lublin. Three people died in a house fire

Three people died in an overnight fire at a single-family home in Lublin. Fire in the building at ul. Nadbystrzycka, near ul. Christmas Eve, it was reported to firefighters 21 minutes after midnight.

When firefighters arrived, the fire had grown and flames could be seen on the roof.

After the fire was initially extinguished and firefighters entered the burning building three unconscious people were found. They were handed over to emergency services, but were found to be dead – said Marcin Babula from the Lublin fire department.

The victims were two men, aged 40 and 74, and a 30-year-old woman.

The gunfight lasted two and a half hours.

The most likely cause of the fire is light a fire in one of the rooms.
