Police officers from the A1 Deva-Nădlac Highway Police Bureau were informed about the incident on the motorway that occurred on Friday morning.
From the initial investigation it emerged that a 25-year-old man from the Bihor area, while driving a road train on the A1 Deva-Nădlac, allegedly hit a 40-year-old man.
As a result of the impact, the 40 year old man died.
Testing of the train driver showed that he was not under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
The investigation continues by police officers from the A1 Deva-Nădlac Highway Police Bureau, in a criminal case, suspected of premeditated murder.
