Feedback is a document that must be provided by the company to the reporter regarding the report received from him. However, this is not the same as confirmation of receipt of the application. Feedback is very different information. The Whistleblower Protection Act sets out requirements regarding the scope of what knowledge a whistleblower can receive in the feedback given to him or her.
