City elements responded to a call received to the 911 emergency number, in which they reported an armed person at the intersection of Portal Alameda and Victoria Medina roads, in the Portal del Roble neighborhood. At the complainant's place, they were stopped by the victim who reported that his neighbor threatened to take his life with a gun because he saw him talking to his girlfriend. Based on the data obtained, they found a person who met the characteristics listed in the complaint walking with a semi-automatic weapon, they ordered him to throw it to the ground and then arrested the 16-year-old boy.
Likewise, the black toy gun, a replica of a semi-automatic weapon, was confiscated from him, which he used to commit the crime of threatening harm to his neighbors.
