Academic cooperation in the Black Sea region will be a topic of discussion at the Bulgarian pavilion at SOR29

Academic cooperation in the fields of research and teaching will be the focus of discussions at the Bulgarian pavilion at SOR29 today. The UN climate conference is being held in Baku until November 22.

Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” is hosting the event which will be attended by Dr. Marina Stefanova, Deputy Dean for Sustainable Development, Faculty of Economics, Sofia University, Prof. Nikolaos Theodosiou of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network and Abdala Moxit of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

Earlier today, the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy held discussions on the transition to low-emission energy.

Events dedicated to the energy transition and the city's position in the region are included in the SOR29 program.
