“Voters who are Romanian citizens domiciled or residing in Bucharest can vote, regardless of when the residence visa or floating visa was issued. So even those who got a floating visa two or three days ago can choose referendumon Sunday,” said the Mayor.
Voting will take place at the same place as in the presidential election, between 07.00 and 21.00.
Voters will receive four ballots: one for the presidential election and three for local referendum questions.
For people with limited mobility or who cannot move, special ballot boxes will be available which require separate applications for the two ballot papers, but with the same supporting documents.
