SAK expects employers to state what level of salary increase they consider reasonable. Chairman Jarkko Eloranta said, as long as this amount is not reached, there is no point in businessmen trying to blackmail the demands of the ay movement as unreasonable.
Ten percent or 250 euros over two years may suddenly sound like a tough salary target, but it is not at all unreasonable or unreasonable, Eloranta said while speaking at a meeting of SAK's representative council in Helsinki.
