A thousand days after the start of Russia's massive aggression against Ukraine, the world is wondering what Donald Trump will do about the issue. The small number of details known regarding ongoing deliberations in its neighborhood (Vance plan, Kellogg-Fleitz plan) suggests some form of coercion by Kiev to make concessions (agreements to hand over de facto occupied territories, freezing of aspirations to join NATO), perhaps coupled with Moscow's threat to intensify aid to Kiev if this kind of formula is not implemented (reminding Putin of the power of the American armed forces in Europe during a telephone conversation).
