Ciudad Juárez.- City police arrested Lucia HG, 49, on suspicion of her responsibility for committing the crime of attempted murder, reported the spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Security, Adrián Sánchez.
Agents patrolling the Los Alcaldes neighborhood responded to a call received to the 911 emergency number, where they reported an armed woman on the street of Pedro García and René Mascareñas, on Tuesday evening.
When they arrived at the location of the report, they saw a man and a woman arguing with each other, therefore they immediately intervened so as not to get hurt.
The spokesperson said that the couple reported a neighbor, who arrived at their home and began verbally attacking them, and then pulled out a firearm to shoot them, so when they saw that the neighbor had not injured them, they fought him off until the arrival of a police unit.
The accused was taken into custody, securing a revolver at the scene, with a cylinder containing five useful cartridges and two cartridges, which he used to attack the couple, furthering their arrest.
