The Federal Highway Police (PRF) impounded the “joy train” in Niterói this Tuesday (12), after identifying more than ten traffic violations. The inspection was carried out at the toll plaza, Rio-Niterói Bridge (BR-101), at around 16.00.
In this approach, several irregularities were found on the vehicle, including no number plate light, inadequate windshield, expired and damaged tachograph discs, as well as other violations. Additionally, the driver did not have a current toxicology test and the vehicle was not permitted for recreational transportation.
The “little train” was detained and sent to the depot, with the necessary notification of the offense committed. PRF emphasizes the importance of complying with traffic regulations to ensure road safety, regardless of the nature or popularity of the vehicle.
