Berlin-Lankwitz: Child (4) had to be resuscitated twice after a swimming accident

A young child suffered life-threatening injuries in a swimming accident at a swimming pool in Berlin-Lankwitz. The fire department announced in the evening that staff at the scene immediately began resuscitation. A spokesman said it was a four-year-old child and did not comment on its gender.

When rescue workers arrived, the child reportedly had to be resuscitated. He was taken to hospital with emergency medical assistance.
