Hanover Police are conducting a public search for missing ten-year-old Bernard. The autistic boy was visiting the state capital from Berlin with his father and disappeared on Friday evening. According to previous findings from the Hannover-Mitte Police Department, the father reported his ten-year-old son missing around 6:35 p.m. after Bernard ran away in the eastern part of the city half an hour earlier.
Police carried out more intensive searches at the main train station because it was possible that the boy was trying to return to Berlin. The use of area detection dogs and drones in the area since Saturday morning was also unsuccessful. Due to the age of the boy who was also diagnosed with ADHD, it can be assumed that he was a danger to himself. Police are openly looking for Bernard's photo and asking for information.
Bernard had short brown hair and at the time of his disappearance he was wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt with “Outside” written on it. He also wore a black and white checkered jacket. Recently he brought an adorable toy.
