Ciudad Juárez.- This morning, the decapitated body of a man was found in the La Perla neighborhood, abandoned by unknown persons, the city's Southern District police reported.
The discovery occurred at 1:04 a.m., on Rancho El Berrendo and Rancho La Candelaria roads, where city police arrived by chance, as part of a surveillance quadrant tour, a commander from the Ministry of Public Security said.
On the street, the body was covered in a plastic bag and next to it was another bag containing a backpack, which had its head placed, according to the officer on duty at the scene.
A few meters away there was another bag containing blood-stained clothing and objects, possibly belonging to the victim, said the Satpol PP commander.
The agents searched the bags and notified the State Investigation Agency of the discovery, which sent a team of field criminalistics experts and two ministry police officers to open a murder crime file, number 62 this month.
The three bags were taken to the Forensic Medical Services facility.
