Daniel Schatt, co-founder and former CEO of Cred, Joseph Podulka, former chief financial officer, and James Alexander, former chief equity officer, were charged by the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District of California. Schatt and Podulka were arrested and made their initial appearances in a San Francisco court later that day, according to a news release issued Friday.
