Despite criticism, protests and legislative unrest, the 4T regime continues to advance in its task of taking over the powers of the Judiciary. Yesterday, just a few hours after the approval of the secondary law resulting from the reform, the General Law on Institutions and Procedures for General Elections was stipulated by the President.
This law establishes new rules and procedures for the election of ministers, judges and magistrates, who will now be elected by popular vote.
