The General Coordinator of the Popular Party, Elías Bendodo, denounced this Wednesday that the Second Vice President of the Government and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz told the PP “to hell” during the government scrutiny session.

“Fuck you, you can all go to hell.” Bendodo assures that Díaz said these words when the leader of the opposition, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, was preparing to respond to the president of the government, Pedro Sánchez.

«What level, what shame, what shame! In a serious government at the very least, a vice president would resign” stated the representative, who then addressed the vice president again: “Ask for the floor and apologize, what you said this morning is a shame,” he said after receiving no response.

The altercation occurred at the end of a government vetting session that lasted 43 minutes and was mainly characterized by the case of Sánchez's wife, Begoña Gomezafter it emerged on Tuesday that the president of the executive branch already knew his wife was being investigated for influence peddling and corruption on the day he threatened to resign.

Just a week ago, there were also some moments of tension in the Congress of Deputies. The most striking occurred when Núñez accused Feijóo Sánchez of asking the Speaker of the House of Representatives I would order him to “shut up”.
