Ferrari leads 1-2 at Austin GP; The Czechs finished seventh

Ferrari shines and Charles Leclerc storms into the Austin Grand Prix.

A good start from the Monegasque driver allowed him to take over first place, which he did not relinquish, and thus he achieved his third victory of this Formula One season.

Carlos Sainz Jr. was second and capped off a great Sunday for the Scuderia. Sergio Pérez of Mexico, who started in ninth position, had a good race and was only able to finish in seventh place and give important points to Red Bull.

Max Verstappen was unable to withstand the pressure of Lando Norris who took third place from him on lap 52, but a penalty for the British racer put the Dutch racer on the podium.

Next weekend the Mexico City Grand Prix will be held at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez track.
