Ciudad Juárez— Elements of the Municipal Secretariat of Public Security participated in the first altruistic blood donation campaign of the 2024-2027 Administration, in collaboration with the Regional Blood Bank.
The campaign will take effect on October 15 and 16 at the Riveras District Municipal Public Security Secretariat, from 08.00 to 12.00 noon, where it is expected that at least 100 agents will come to donate in the previous campaign, they are even trying to increase the number to collect more units blood.
The Municipal Secretary of Public Security, César Omar Muñoz Morales, thanked the elements for their participation and acknowledged their commitment to help the institution, because “if there are colleagues who need blood, they also support us.”
Meanwhile, the staff of the Regional Blood Bank, through Lorena López, Campaign Coordinator, stated that “they have been a very important part for us, we have unconditional support and we want to thank them.” He added that there were Satpol PP officers who on several occasions provided apheresis donations to boys and girls suffering from cancer or leukemia.
He reminded them that by donating one item, a maximum of three lives could be saved.
