To make matters worse, just a month later, El Mundo gave a voice to the convicted man by publishing an interview: “Date in a forest with El Yoyas, the escaped abuser“, the article was titled. In a “lost place”, where he took refuge after “disobeying the order”, the media met the former participant, who tried clean your image with his testimony as a fugitive.
Although the court convicted him of assaulting his ex-wife and two children, 'El Yoyas' tried to ensure that they imposed a sentence “without a single test, nor a medical report, nor a prior complaint” and that he is “a scapegoat”, “Condemned by an unjust and unconstitutional law that, among other things, civilly kills men like fathers.” On the other hand, the former participant also stated that the first reported attack, which dates back to 2013, “false“and then “They accuse me of four more, when it could have been 400”. “I have been sentenced to almost six years in prison for four crimes without a specific date or place and with a false story,” the newspaper wrote.
