The Brașov Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges (DRDP) acted, on Thursday morning, with more than 150 snow removal machines on all national roads and highways in the Brașov and Sibiu regions. Mureș, Harghita and Covasna.
During the night from Wednesday to Thursday, around 1000 tonnes of anti-slip material was distributed and interventions continued.
On some roads there are problems with fallen trees on the road, but these trees can be removed without much difficulty.
Intervention of the DRDP Iași – SDN Campulung Moldovenesc team, this evening, at DN 17B, Cojoci, Suceava Regency, to remove fallen trees due to the weight of the snow.
DRDP Brașov urges drivers to drive preventively and adjust speed to road conditions. Plus, they don't need to travel if they don't have a car equipped for winter.
