This was indicated by the former advisor in statements collected by Europa Press in connection with the said decision of the plenary meeting of the TC on the appeal for protection filed by her, who was convicted of a continuous crime of deception for having participated in the preparation and approval of the preliminary drafts and projects of the budget laws of Andalusia for the years 2002, 2003 and 2004, and for the implementation of various budget amendments. Now the Constitutional Court has ordered the Court of Seville to issue a new ruling excluding the facts related to the approval of the preliminary drafts, budgetary laws and budgetary amendments covered by the said law in the years 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Magdalena Álvarez has commented that she was “excited” when she heard of this decision of the TC after “more than 15 years of persecution that we have undergone, and that I always thought it would end in acquittal, since I did nothing but obey with the current legality at any time of my public responsibilities,” he added.
