Parral, Chih.- The South Zone District Prosecutor's Office has confirmed the identification of four of the nine fatal victims of the confrontation that occurred on September 16 on the Parral-Jiménez highway.
Through forensic fluoroscopic techniques and analysis of physical characteristics, such as tattoos and scars, the Expert Services team was able to identify the following individuals:
- José Alberto CV, 27 years old, comes from Delicias.
- Abelardo MB, 38 years old, from Hidalgo del Parral.
- Francisco Sebastián ML, 22 years old, from Ciudad Juárez.
- Alfredo MM, 40 years old, is from Guadalupe y Calvo.
Authorities report that a multidisciplinary team, consisting of Prosecutor's Office Agents, Police Investigators, and forensic anthropology and genetics specialists, continues to work to identify other victims involved in this tragic event.
