Through a statement issued by Morena's deputy, Antonio Attolini, the PT legislator mentioned his business career, and confirmed that he had no contracts with the public sector or with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) as announced at the national level.

The document also states that the deputy's firmness in condemning corruption “and the interests of those who have ruled Coahuila for decades have led to personal and family attacks.”

Flores Guerra also mentioned that through his foundation he fulfills his social commitments, including by providing school supplies, health teams, online high schools, legal advice, basic food basket products, and others.
