A 38-year-old man was arrested, this Thursday (17), for the rape of a vulnerable person committed against his own 10-year-old daughter. The crime occurred in Manacapuru, in the interior of Amazonas.
According to delegate Mary Anne Trovão, from DEP Manacapuru, the investigation team became aware of the case on Monday (14), after the protection network contacted and reported that a 10-year-old child had reported to the Guardianship Council that I could no longer stand being sexually abused by my father.
“When we were called, we went to the victim's house and he confirmed the information. In a special hearing session, he said that he had been raped by his father since he was 7 years old and the last abuse occurred on Sunday (13). “The victim was sent for a physical knowledge test and was also taken to a shelter,” the delegation said.
Also according to the police authorities, based on the author's evidence, a representation was made to the Court for preventive arrest of the author, and a court order was issued. Today, the court decision was carried out at the perpetrator's house which is located on Jalan Manoel Urbano, this municipality.
Procedure
The man will be charged with raping a vulnerable person. He will have a custody hearing and will be available to the Court.
